Hold your horses, Kentucky! I haven't dropped off the face of the Earth. (I'm laughing at myself because I didn't even catch the pun until after I wrote this on the closing weekend of Keeneland...ha!)
30 Ways is taking a brief intermission while I attend a health conference in New York City for my school, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am now officially a certified Health Coach and am celebrating with classmates from all over the world!
Because I felt like I needed to do some kind of good while on the big kick I thought it'd be fun to snag one of these clown noses for $1 from Walgreens for the "Red Nose Day" campaign, part of a fun campaign that benefits a variety of nonprofits that transform children's lives. This year they have partnered with twelve amazing organizations working in the US and abroad. The great news is the half the money distributed will be spent right here in the US at projects close to home. The other half will be spent in some of the poorest communities in the world in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

This doesn't count for my 30 days of course since I really did nothing, but what a fun campaign! Grab your red nose at Walgreens and be a part of something positive and incredibly impactful. Snap a picture and share it, I'd love to see!
